Program Terms & Conditions

Practice Ignition Pty Ltd ACN 153 623 931, including its subsidiaries (“Ignition, us or we”) is inviting certain existing customers and affiliates selected by Ignition to take part in our Referral Program (“Program”), which will reward them $150 USD for every successful referral, provided by our partner, PartnerStack Inc (“PartnerStack”). 

The terms and conditions for the Program are set out below (“Program Terms”). 

1. Eligibility to participate
   
   The Program is open to customers with an active Ignition subscription and non-customer affiliates selected by Ignition, (“Referrer(s), you or your”) who share a referral link with a new prospective customer in accordance with these Program Terms (“Referee”). 
   
   Employees of Ignition (or its subsidiaries, affiliates or third party service providers) and members of an employee’s immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are ineligible to participate in the Program.
   
   
2. Becoming a referrer
   
   By participating in the Program through generating a referral link at go.ignitionapp.com/referrals or www.ignitionapp.com/referrals and sharing it with a prospective Ignition customer, you accept and agree to be bound by these Program Terms.
   
   By accepting these Program Terms, you consent to us and PartnerStack (as the case may be) collecting, storing, using and disclosing your first name, last name, email address, IP address and transactions on our website for the purpose of providing you access to the Program.  Subject to our Ignition Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, we will not use your data without your consent or collect your data in a way that specifically identifies individuals for the purpose of sales or marketing.  PartnerStack will collect, use, hold and disclosure your personal information in accordance with their privacy policy located on their website at: https://partnerstack.com/policies#privacy-policy.
   
   
3. How to make a referral
   
   You can make a referral by sharing your unique referral link generated at go.ignitionapp.com/referrals or www.ignitionapp.com/referrals, with a Referee. If the Referee clicks on the link and subscribes to an Ignition subscription plan for a minimum of 30 days, (excluding any free trial period) (“Qualified Purchase”), you will receive a $150 USD cash reward credited to your Partnerstack account (see clause 4. When will I get my $150 reward?). 
   
   You will not be entitled to a $150 reward where:
   1. the Referee is an existing Ignition customer, affiliate of Ignition, or a person who is otherwise not a new Ignition customer or who has subscribed to an Ignition product or service in the past 2 years (as at the date of receiving a referral link);
   2. you refer yourself, under a different account or otherwise, or an existing customer under a second account;
   3. the Referee is under 18 years old;
   4. the Referee is currently or previously employed by us, or is a family member of someone currently or previously employed by us;
   5. the Referee is or was previously an agent or third party associated with the administration of the Program;
   6. the Referee does not sign up using the unique referral link; or
   7. the Referee does not stay subscribed to the Ignition subscription plan for a minimum of 30 days.  
   
   Ignition reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new customers and existing customers for this offer. Ignition further reserves the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not made in good faith.  In such circumstances, Ignition will not have an obligation to pay the cash referral reward to you or provide the discounted monthly list price for referrals in accordance with these Program Terms. 
   
   
4. When will I get my $150 reward?
   
   If the Referee makes a Qualified Purchase in accordance with the Program Terms, Ignition will credit a $150 USD cash reward to your PartnerStack account.
   
   Successful Qualified Purchases will be verified by Ignition within 60 days of a Referee signing up for the Qualified Purchase. PartnerStack will send you a reward email to confirm Ignition has approved a Qualified Purchase.
   
   Verified payments will be paid to your PartnerStack account on the 16th day of the month following the month in which they are earned. For example, any rewards earned and verified during the month of February will be available March 16th. 
   
   There are no limits to the number of referrals you can generate or rewards you can earn. However, each Referee can only have one Qualifying Purchase. 
   
   You may initiate a payout through the PartnerStack payouts tab, via PayPal or Stripe. You must have at least $25 in your rewards to initiate a payout. You can check the status of payouts on the Payouts tab on the Ambassador Hub hosted by PartnerStack.
   
   5. Other important terms
   
   You acknowledge and agree:
   1. upon making a Qualified Purchase, each Referee will be entitled to for a discount on Ignition subscription plans, or another promotional offer as decided by Ignition from time to time;
   2. the above offer can't be combined with any other Ignition offers;
   3. the offer cannot be transferred, paused, credited, duplicated or sold and there is no cash value;
   4. to take advantage of the offer, the Referee must make a Qualified Purchase and be charged immediately upon subscription; and
   5. the list price subject to change at any time at Ignition’s sole discretion. 
   
   PartnerStack is an independent business. Ignition does not guarantee or underwrite the obligations of PartnerStack under these Program Terms and you will be solely responsible for your relationship with Partnerstack and will take careful note of the expiry and activation requirements of your rewards.
   
   Ignition and its service providers reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. 
   
   Ignition and its service providers also reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Ignition's services or this Program, or if it deems, in its sole judgment, that a participant’s actions are obscene, violent or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or for the purpose of encouraging unlawful activities, or otherwise misuse or bring into dispute or disrepute the Ignition trademark, any other Ignition owned marks or logos, or Ignition's products or services. Referrals and rewards are subject to verification at Ignition's sole discretion.

April EOFY referral bonus (Australia & New Zealand Only)

The April EOFY referral bonus is open to referrers that are customers of Ignition in Australia and New Zealand only.

If the Referee makes a Qualified Purchase in accordance with the Program Terms, Ignition will credit a total cash reward of $400 AUD, credited to your PartnerStack account.

To qualify for the $400 AUD reward, the referral must 

• Be in one of the following industries: Accounting, Bookkeeping, Digital Agency, Marketing, Financial Services.
• Be subscribed to an Ignition for a minimum of 30 days
• Be based in one for the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK.
• Become an Ignition customer between April 1 and April 30, 2024.
• Adhere to all other qualification requirements mentioned in the Referral Program terms above.

All referrals will be vetted and confirmed to ensure they sit within the guidelines listed above, and general Ignition Referral Program terms and conditions. 

Rewards will be distributed after vetting and confirmation of referral is complete.
